Our New Property
Steve Osborn standing on their new undeveloped property
A home that had been vacant for years, located across the street from our new property (at left), was converted this spring to our new children’s home. Two large homes on a beautiful acre and a half house our dormitories and dayrooms, our kitchen, our dining room, our school, our office and our therapy areas. Outside we have lots of room to play. From left to right below: a large play area with plenty of grass and trees, our school classroom (love The Child has a registerd Guatemalan school) the infant and young child play area and the children of Love The Child at a puppet show staged by a Mission Team.
God has provided a new property between Guatemala and Antigua. A five year plan, which will cost at least $600,000, will begin when funds are available. We want to approach this project very carefully and prayerfully. Our construction goal for 2009 is for a wall surrounding the property and completion of the architectural and site plans.
